In this section you can read the terms and conditions that illustrate the contract of sale of the products offered on the site.The products purchased on the site are sold directly by Ride Mode with registered office in Italy, Via V. Veneto 10, 35010 Gazzo (PD), registration number with the Companies' Register of Padua n. VAT 05274850287.

All products are described in detail in the relevant product page, so please check the information carefully. It is our intention to provide the best images and descriptions, but unfortunately we can not guarantee that the colors and details of the images are the same as the product purchased. Minor differences are possible, due to the Internet browser and monitor used or due to photographic techniques used at the time of the shots.
Prices on the site, payments and order receipts are expressed in Euros (€) and include the Value Added Tax (V.A.T.) in force for the relevant product category. Shipping costs are indicated at check-out.
a) "Site" is the website www.ridemode.it, e-commerce of knitwear products and gadgets.
b) "Customer" is the person (physical or legal) who makes the purchase and accepts the conditions of sale.
c) "Order" is the form that the customer fills out to request the goods on sale through the Site.
d) "Products" are the items for sale on the Site, guaranteed by the conditions of sale.
e) "Price" is the consideration to be paid to purchase the goods.
f) "Contract" is the distance agreement for the sale of products
1) TERMS OF SALE
1.1. All Products are for sale on the basis of the terms and conditions indicated herein and published on the Site at the time of purchase. By ordering Products you agree to accept without reservation these terms and conditions of sale which shall remain unchanged and adequate until modified and/or supplemented by Ride Mode.
Any changes or modifications will be posted on the Site and will apply to sales made as of the express date.
1.2. The contract is concluded and binding on the parties when confirmation of the order will be sent to the e-mail address of the customer, indicated by the same at the time of purchase.
1.3. The Customer may cancel the order at any time, without charge, before the Products have been delivered to the Customer's address.
1.4. Prices and Products may be subject to change without prior notice.
2) TIMING AND MODE 'DELIVERY
2.1. The shipment of the products is available in Europe. Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery status. The checkout page will show the eventual amount of actual costs considering the address and the Postal Code entered.
2.2. The shipment of products at the address provided by the customer in the order will be made by courier. Any information required for the delivery must be filled in accurately. Ride Mode is not responsible for incorrect delivery due to inaccurate addresses or phone numbers. All additional costs due to delivery complications will be charged to Customer in such cases.
2.4. As soon as the goods leave our warehouses, the ownership and the risk related to the transport of the products are transferred to the customer.
2.5 In the event that part or the entire order of products is no longer available for delivery, Ride Mode will proceed with a partial delivery (informing the customer) and refund the Customer for part of the money spent.
3) CUSTOMER'S OBLIGATIONS
3.1. Customer represents and warrants that:
(a) be a consumer according to the provisions of Article 3 of the Consumer Code;
b) be of age;
c) that the data entered into the site, are correct and true.
3.2. The Customer shall pay the price of the products purchased and keep a copy of the purchase confirmation sent by Ride Mode to the e-mail address indicated at the time of the order.
4.1. The amount of the price must be paid at the time of the order through the methods present on our website (the order will be confirmed when the funds will be received at our bank). The accepted cards are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay. Using credit cards or prepaid cards for online purchases is a practical and safe method. The method of payment by credit card will be managed by PayPal, so Ride Mode will never come into possession of information concerning the credit card and personal data.
5) MAJOR FORCES
5.1. The parties shall not be liable for delay in the performance of their obligations under the contract if such delay is due to circumstances of force majeure. The party delayed beyond its control shall be entitled to an extension of the time limits necessary to fulfil such obligations.
6. TRADEMARK AND IMAGE COPYRIGHT
6.1. Distribution by unauthorized third parties is prohibited.
6.2. The contents of the site (text, graphics and images) are protected by copyright.
7) RIGHTS OF WITHDRAWAL
7.1. The sales of products via Internet are governed by art. 50e ss and 64e ss of Decree Law 206/2005 providing for the withdrawal from the contract, so as to ensure the consumer the right to return the product purchased and to obtain full reimbursement of expenses incurred, within fourteen (14) days from delivery.
7.2. The customer can exercise this right by sending a communication through your account or by e-mail, indicating the order number on the order confirmation received.
7.3. The Customer shall not have the right to withdraw, pursuant to article 55 of the Consumer Code, in the following cases
a) supply of tailor-made or customized products;
b) in the absence of the original packaging;
c) in the absence of original elements of the product (labels, tags);
d) for damage or wear caused by the customer.
8) RETURN OF PRODUCTS
8.1. To return products the Customer has fourteen (14) days from delivery of the product, contacting customer service or requesting it through his account.
8.2. The conditions on return shipping costs vary depending on the location of the Customer and the amount spent.
8.3. The products must be returned in their original packaging (not worn, damaged or soiled by the customer), so that they can be offered for sale again. The risks associated with the return of products are borne by the Customer.
8.4 Refunds will be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of the goods at the address provided to the Customer, by credit card or bank transfer. The refund includes the purchase price of the ordered products excluding shipping costs.
9.1. The data released by the customer, necessary for the execution of the order are treated in accordance with the GDPR.
